Can I Return or Exchange Tickets?
Ticket refunds are only provided in the event of a cancellation. In such cases, only the nominal ticket price (face value) is refundable; service fees and additional service costs are non-refundable.
If the event organizer is a separate legal entity, Fridayticket is not directly responsible for the refund payment; however, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the process. The timing and completeness of refunds are managed by the organizer.
If the organizer has authorized Fridayticket to issue refunds, please send your request to [email protected]. Approved refunds are automatically credited to the original payment card within 10 business days of the request.

How Do I Receive My Tickets?
Once your payment is successful, your e-ticket will be sent immediately to the email address provided. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
You can present your digital ticket (QR code) on your mobile device at the venue entrance. To ensure security, please do not share your ticket; access will only be granted to the first version of the ticket scanned by the control system.

Please check for any age restrictions listed on the event page. After entering the required contact details and the attendee's name, you can complete your payment. Your ticket is confirmed and entry rights are granted as soon as the transaction is successful. Incomplete payments will result in a cancelled order.
